The Mercmaster™ LED Generation 3 Zone 1 Series is a full-feature lighting solution with in a rugged and corrosion-resistant housing. It is is certified for ATEX and IECEx Zones 1, 2, 21 amd 22. The optically integrated silicone encapsulant provides Zone 1 protection and an symmetrical NEMA (IES) Type V Wide light distribution. This luminaire is designed to meet the most demanding task and area lighting requirements. Featuring seven lumen outputs, five mounting types, three replaceable globe choices, three color temperatures, this best-in-class LED achieves unprecedented application versatility and comfort.

• Typical applications include power plants, processing plants, chemical plants, oil refineries, waste and sewage treatment facilities, and other areas where dust, water, dirt and rough usage are a problem
• Design is suited for low mounting heights, from 2 meters, up to 9 meters (7 ft., up to 30 ft.)
• Seven light outputs provide up to 17,800 lumens. LED L70B10 reported at 60,000 hours
• Type V Wide optic
• Choice of color temperature (CCT): 5000K cool white, 4000K neutral white or 3000K warm white
• Modular design provides thousands of combinations for maximum versatility: three different globe options and five standard mounting hoods
• Hinge has high lip for added safety during installation and servicing. Hinge and bolt construction assures 360° compression at all points on fixture housing gasket for positive sealing. Swing away design of captive bolt and nut simplifies installation
• Standard 6 kV surge protection, heavy duty, high temperature silicone gaskets and a rugged housing with superior thermal design translates to long luminaire life
• Luminaire housing has wiring compartment with terminal block separate for easy wiring access. The standard screw-type terminal block can accept 4 to 6 mm² and UL/CSA 26-10 AWG wire
• Standard NPT threads with M20 adapters
• Field replaceable globes and LED driver
